A. We use, sell & deliver liquid propane. This propane is delivered by us to the tank(s) on your property. Natural gas comes from underground lines fed from an outside source. Both of these gases can feed the same types of appliances, such as stoves, water heaters & heating systems, but natural gas is not offered on the lower Cape. Some appliances are built for natural gas, but can easily be converted to propane by our licensed service technicians.
A. Yes, in addition to propane, we are happy to be offering home heating oil as well. We also have licensed oil burner technicians that can clean & service your oil burner.

A. If you do not live here year round and you decide to leave your heat on low for the winter, the lowest suggested temperature is 54 degrees. During extreme cold weather conditions, we would suggest you leave it higher. Please confirm with your home owners insurance company because they may suggest something different. We also highly suggest that you have a low temperature alarm installed in your home. There are may reasons your heat system could fail & it only takes a few hours for your pipes to begin freezing. We offer On-Watch home heat monitoring. This alarm runs through a phone line in your home & will page our office 24 hours a day if your home gets too cold.
